1 General Provisions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or system exploitation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus promotions may be changed or cancelled at any time.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The 3999 bat VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is given at each tier based on the net loss for that week. For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive a cashback of ৳160, calculated at the maximum rate of 0.8%.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Finality of Game Results

The result of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Unless there is a technical fault, the result shown is final.
